Build a report and export it
Design a report over your own fields, filter it, and produce CSV, XLSX, KMZ or a georeferenced PDF map book.
A report in DatumPro is a definition, not a one-off extract. Build it once and it can be run again next month, by somebody else, and produce the same shape with new data.
Design it
- 1Create a build report and choose the fields — including per-project attributes and dynamic entity fields.
- 2Add filters. Conditions can be nested into AND/OR groups when a flat list is not enough.
- 3Pivot where you want counts across a dimension rather than one row per record.
- 4Preview. What you see is what the export produces.
Export it
- CSV and XLSX for the office and for pay applications.
- KMZ where the receiving party works in a mapping tool.
- Map to PDF for a viewport, or a map book: an overview, then detail sheets at a fixed scale wherever work has been drawn, with an index when there is more than one.
