For network owners and utilities receiving the as-built

Follow the build as it is recorded. On a map you can read but not change.

Your contractor shares the project, or a single job, with your people under the read-only Viewer role. They sign in and see the features, their attributes and the job boundaries as the crews’ edits sync. At handover the record comes to you as KMZ, a CSV or XLSX report, or a PDF map book, produced from the same data you followed.

What changes

    Under the Viewer role the map offers no drawing tools, and a request to create, edit or delete a feature is refused by the server, not just hidden in the interface.

    A share can be made at a project or at a single job. Shared one job, your people see only the features inside that job’s area.

    KMZ for Google Earth, carrying each feature’s attributes and photos. CSV or XLSX reports over the project’s own fields. A PDF map book at a fixed scale, such as 1″ = 100′, with an overview, a detail sheet wherever work has been drawn, and a sheet index when there is more than one.

  • Your requirements, checked as the crew draws

    The attributes you require, which features may connect to which, and the quality checks to run can be written into the contractor’s catalogue. They run on the crew’s tablet as each feature is drawn, rather than surfacing at handover.
